rip offRIPP OFF TURNED INTO BBB THEY THEN BLOCKED ME SPREAD THE WORD ESPECIALLY ON FACEBOOK I do not see how you see this as I did not get to finish my spins because as you can see in the video and the pictures that is was stuck and also that the error was on YOUR side. So there is no trouble shooting on MY side it was your error on your side and all your explanation about not being able to see what happens on the other side sounds like something that only you can control which is does not fair also. I had 52.50 on the machine when it messed up plus the spin that got stuck which was credited after I finally had to shut it down WITHOUT getting my free wild spins and my 8 other spins I even went into the log and looked at it and it did not show any free spins taken at the time frame. So what you are telling me is a lie because you can say that I received the free spins because it plainly shows in all the pictures and videos that they were not taken because after the error message and I tried for over 20 minutes to get it to spin I had to go out of the game and when I come back into the game I had to start all over with none of the spins being used that was rightfully mine I have other pictures to proof this also. This is not fair that you can not credit me my free spins which in total was 11 three with wild in the middle. This machine was hitting really good and it was like someone knew it and stopped it. I wish to talk to someone else higher up in management about this matter asap. I have evidence that shows everything that I have claimed is true. I have talked to some others that this has happen to also but they had no proof. I am giving you one more chance to take care of this matter in a fair way or I will have to take other action. We took the case to the casino and they refused to discuss it for 'the player's security'. Aside from that fact that there was no reason or justification given for this we asked if they would proceed after the player gave them explicit permission to discuss the case with us. They repeatedly replied:
There is no justification for the casino to refuse to discuss a player's case with us, especially after a player has repeated tried to raise the issue with the casino directly.
